Construction has been completed on the first building of the Villages at Staunton. Known as The Bindery, this 1839 Federal style building is one of the largest in the complex. Featuring an imposing façade with four-story pilasters, and an octagonal cupola on the roof, this building houses nineteen condominiums. Floor plans consist of two or three bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, and large living rooms with high ceilings and ample windows. Original architectural details and materials are evident throughout, but all mechanical, electrical, and roofing systems are brand new. An elevator services all floors, and convenient parking is available in front of the building. These condominiums enjoy remarkable views of the surrounding grounds, which constitute a great amenity for residents of the Villages at Staunton.
